OneHealth New Jersey is a Health Information Exchange developed by the Medical Society of New Jersey in partnership with KONZA National Network. Dedicated to the secure electronic transmission of comprehensive patient medical information, this collaboration is committed to enhancing the speed, quality, safety and cost-efficiency of patient care. Our network includes clinics, federally qualified health centers, health insurance providers, hospitals, pharmacies, physicians and public health entities, all devoted to improving patient outcomes across New Jersey.
